Key Responsibilities:
To be successful on this role, you must have:
- Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to drive company growth.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with multinational companies in the technology, healthcare, and recruitment sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Requirements:
To be successful on this role, you must have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development roles within the information technology, healthcare, and recruitment industries.
- Proven track record of working with or servicing multinational companies.
- Experience working with mobile application developers, software engineers, data scientists and analysts, scrum masters, etc.
- Basic understanding of computer programming concepts.
- Proficiency with Office 365 suite (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint), Windows OS, MacBook, MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, MS Teams, Zoom, GitHub, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
