What You’ll Be Doing

- Learning how refrigeration systems work — from load calculations to equipment selection - Supporting senior engineers with designs, proposals, and quotations - Visiting customer sites to understand real-world applications. - Building relationships with clients and helping them find the right solutions - Progressing through a structured development plan to become a fully competent Refrigeration Sales Engineer

What We’re Looking For

- Strong technical or mechanical aptitude - Good Maths, Science, and English skills - A relevant technical qualification (GCSE/ALevel/BTEC/HNC/Degree) - Confident communication skills and willingness to engage with customers - A positive attitude, curiosity, and genuine desire to learn - Experience in refrigeration is not required — full training will be provided.
