A leading national law firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Corporate Partner, or senior lawyer ready to step up, to support the continued growth of its corporate offering in Glasgow. The corporate team advises a diverse client base, including entrepreneurial businesses, family-owned companies, private equity investors, and established corporates. The work is high-quality and varied, covering:

• M&A transactions
• Business sales and acquisitions
• Shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and investment work
• Corporate governance and general advisory matters

This role offers real influence: you will have the autonomy to grow your own practice while leveraging an existing client base, strong cross-referral networks, and the support of a progressive national leadership team. - Experienced Corporate Solicitor, with Partner experience or ready to step into partnership
