We are seeking caring and resilient Teaching Assistants to ensure the smooth running of the school day. You will enable our young people to make progress towards positive outcomes, promoting a love of learning and safeguarding them at all times.

You will monitor and evaluate each young person’s work, encouraging them and celebrating their achieval of personal goals. At times, you’ll be responsible for directly teaching, and also supporting in challenging situations.

Personal care of students will also be required at times.

In order to be successful, you must be a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant, who holds a relevant qualification in teaching and learning. SLD experience is preferred / desirable.
