Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and our internal database to identify and attract high-quality candidates in the Real Estate sector.

Consultative Support: Provide guidance to candidates throughout their job search, ensuring they feel supported and informed at every step.

Interview Coordination: Arrange and liaise with candidates and clients to schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless process for all parties involved.

Screening and Qualifying: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability and alignment with client needs.

Lead Generation: Generate leads through candidate interactions and industry insights, contributing to our business development efforts.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, acting as a trusted point of contact.
