FULL DESCRIPTION

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, working with them to plan, develop and execute projects, assuming overall responsibility for completion on time and within budget;
• Critically evaluate technical and creative ideas by considering data, precedents, and input from others, as well as own personal experience and knowledge;
• Enter and maintain orders into Rental Management Software (Current RMS) and communicate equipment requirements to [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Operations;
• Develop relationships with technical staff including Lighting Designers, Lighting Technicians, Video Technicians and Rigging Technicians, and work with Crew Booking Manager to ensure every gig is appropriately staffed;
• Keep up to date with [Employer hidden] Ltd equipment stock, ensuring can operate and explain all hire stock to clients and staff ;
• Monitor and co-ordinate logistics to ensure equipment and staff are on site when required;
• Work collaboratively with suppliers to find cost effective solutions for purchases and hires;
• Manage Health and Safety issues at [Employer hidden] Ltd Offices and onsite where appropriate.

Demonstrable experience and technical knowledge within our industry essential.
WYSIWYG or other CAD Design software proficiency highly desirable, as is a knowledge of Current RMS.

Salary dependent on experience
