We’re looking for a people‑focused Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and work closely with our functional leaders. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner—helping teams navigate people challenges, shaping how we work, and making sure our HR initiatives genuinely support the business.
You’ll play a big part in creating a positive, engaging work environment while ensuring our HR programmes and practices run smoothly and make an impact. From employee relations and talent development to performance management, organisational design, and change support—you’ll bring the expertise that helps our people and our business thrive.

What you’ll do
- Partner with leaders to understand business goals and challenges, providing HR insight for informed decision‑making.
- Identify and implement HR process improvements that strengthen performance and employee engagement.
- Guide managers through all aspects of performance management, from setting expectations to managing underperformance.
- Foster a positive, productive work environment by addressing concerns and enabling open communication between employees and leadership.
- Analyse workforce data and trends with leaders to inform strategies addressing skills, talent, and resource gaps.
- Lead organisational design initiatives to improve efficiency, including optimising structures, reporting lines, and role clarity.
- Develop and deliver HR strategies, programmes, and policies that support business goals and enhance organisational and employee outcomes.
- Lead key HR initiatives including performance management, engagement, D&I, and learning and development.
- Use HR analytics to uncover workforce trends, performance patterns, and engagement insights.
- Lead or support HR projects such as system upgrades, process improvements, and cultural transformation.
- Partner with leaders and Finance to forecast and manage headcount, labour costs, and workforce budgets.
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration across HR, operations, and other teams while sharing best practices and ensuring consistency in HR processes.

- Proven track record in delivering HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Experience in fast‑paced environments, driving HR transformation and change.
- Awareness of AI tools that improve ways of working and enhance employee experience.
