Are you a qualified Nurse with a background in women’s health or Midwife who is looking to get into the fertility sector?

Do you want to join a leading Fertility Clinic who offer exceptional training and support?

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are proud to be working with a leading, patient-focused fertility clinic in West London, who are currently in search for a Junior Fertility Nurse/Junior Fertility Midwife to join their warm and highly supportive team.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into the fertility sector with no previous IVF experience needed. This is a clinic that is known for its bespoke, holistic approach and genuinely compassionate care model. Unlike high-volume services, our client prioritises individual patient journeys, ensuring every person feels supported throughout one of the most important times in their life.

What makes this role different?

  • Structured 5-week induction programme with full support and competency sign-offs
  • 4-day working week (10-hour shifts) for better work-life balance
  • Be part of a close-knit team of 8 in a collaborative environment
  • Work in a clinic that values quality over quantity—patients are never treated as numbers
  • Clear opportunity to develop a long-term career in fertility

The Role

As a Junior Fertility Nurse / Midwife, you’ll play a key role across the entire patient journey, gaining hands-on experience in both clinical and supportive aspects of care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting patients with education, guidance, and emotional care
  • Preparing and assisting in theatre procedures such as egg retrieval, embryo transfer, sperm retrieval and gynaecological procedures
  • Assisting in recovery and ensuring patient comfort post-procedure
  • Carrying out phlebotomy and general nursing duties
  • Working closely with senior nurses and clinicians to ensure smooth daily operations

You’ll be joining a passionate and supportive team who are deeply invested in their work. The clinic is busy and dynamic, so this role suits someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-moving environment while maintaining exceptional care standards.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is not only clinically capable, but genuinely passionate about women’s health and fertility care. Full requirements include:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) or Registered Midwife
  • Active NMC PIN
  • Competent in phlebotomy
  • Minimum 18 months post-qualification experience
  • Background in gynaecology, women’s health, sexual health, or midwifery
  • Previous fertility experience would be advantageous but not essential
  • Warm, empathetic, and patient-focused
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Genuine interest in fertility and long-term development in the field
  • Happy to participate in on-call emergency phone (which will be paid on an additional daily rate)

Salary & Benefits

In return, there is a generous salary of up to £37,500 dependent on experience, as well as additional company benefits including pension, company bonus and more! This is a full-time position consisting of 40 hours per week, which will be worked across 4 days, Monday to Saturday.
