Early Years Practitioner – Sutton, Surrey, SM1
Salary: Up to £14.30 per hour / £26,500–£29,750 per year (depending on age, qualifications, and experience)
Hours: 40 hours/week | 4 days | Shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm | 51 weeks per year (Christmas closure)
Contract: Full Time | Permanent | All Year Round

We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our Outstanding nursery.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality childcare and early education
- Plan and implement engaging, interest-led EYFS activities
- Support children’s learning and celebrate their progress with families
- Contribute to the smooth running and development of the nursery
- Work collaboratively as part of a passionate and supportive team
About You
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous nursery practitioner experience with key children
- Commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
- Excellent communication skills with parents and carers
- Eligible to work in the UK
