Salary: £37,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)

Days/Hours: 38 hours per week | 4 days per week | Shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm

Contract: All Year Round / Permanent

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to join our friendly, open-plan Nursery.

This warm and nurturing 26-place setting provides high-quality care for children aged 3 months to 5 years. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a well-established role, replacing a Manager who is progressing internally within the company.

  • • Lead the nursery’s day-to-day operations

  • • Support and develop the staff team
  • • Celebrate children’s learning and development with families
  • • Use EYFS and child development knowledge to plan engaging, interest-led activities

About You

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)

• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Nursery Manager

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Commitment to inclusive practice and quality childcare

• Eligible to work in the UK
