Nursery Room Leader – Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, KT12
Salary: £31,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
Days/Hours: 38 hours per week | 4 days | Shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm
Contract: All Year Round / Permanent

Nursery Room Leader – Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, KT12

Responsibilities
- • Provide the highest level of childcare and early education experiences for all children
- • Lead your age group room with creativity and care
- • Inspire and support your team to deliver the curriculum and uphold nursery values
- • Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring smooth settling-in
- • Track children’s progress with curriculum-linked observations and communicate with parents
- • Champion safeguarding, health & safety, and inclusive practices
About You
• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant) • Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or Room Leader • Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge • Passion for nurturing children’s development and wellbeing • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Committed to professional growth and continuous improvement • Eligible to work in the UK
