We are delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our Outstanding nursery in Horsley.

Set within beautiful countryside surroundings, our spacious, purpose-built nursery offers children the chance to learn, explore and grow at one with nature. Guided by the Montessori philosophy, we provide enriching learning experiences from babyhood to preschool age. We are seeking a dedicated practitioner who is enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to creating an engaging, educational environment where every child can thrive.

Responsibilities

• • Build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and families
• • Work collaboratively to support children’s individual needs
• • Assist with planning, preparing, and delivering stimulating activities
• • Support children’s learning and development across all areas
• • Observe, track, and communicate children’s progress with parents/carers
• • Support children during mealtimes, routines, and toilet training

About You

• Hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)

• Have previous nursery or early years experience

• Be passionate about outdoor learning and inclusive practice

• Communicate effectively with families and colleagues

• Be eligible to work in the UK
