FULL DESCRIPTION

Early Years Practitioner – Hendon, London NW4

Salary: Up to £29,120pa / £14.00ph (Depending on qualifications and experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week | 4 or 5 days | Shifts between 8am–6pm | 1-hour lunch
Contract: Full Time | Permanent | All Year Round

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our exceptional nursery in Hendon, London NW4. We are seeking someone with solid childcare experience, a strong understanding of the EYFS, and a genuine commitment to high-quality early years education.

Our setting provides Outstanding day care for children aged 6 months to 5 years, and our supportive team works collaboratively to ensure the very best outcomes for every child.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional childcare and early education
  • Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
  • Plan and implement engaging, child-led activities
  • Celebrate each child’s progress with families
  • Work collaboratively as part of a passionate team

About You

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
  • Previous experience in a nursery or similar early years role
  • Commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
  • Excellent communication skills with parents and carers
  • Eligible to work in the UK
