Days/Hours: 40 hours per week | 4.5 days | Shifts between 8am–6pm
Contract: All Year Round / Permanent
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead a beautiful, purpose-built, Reggio Emilia–inspired Nursery.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead a beautiful, purpose-built, Reggio Emilia–inspired Nursery.

Responsibilities
- • Oversee the operational management of the nursery
- • Recruit, develop, retain, and lead a strong and experienced staff team
- • Manage all HR functions including induction, supervision, training, and performance management
- • Drive occupancy, marketing, community engagement, and parent partnerships
- • Manage budgets, financial planning, and commercial performance
- • Maintain outstanding practice aligned with Reggio Emilia principles and Ofsted expectations
- • Safeguard the welfare of children, staff, and families at all times
About You
• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification • Previous experience as a Nursery Manager • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements • Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills • Proven people-management and leadership ability • Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills • Track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes • Eligible to work in the UK
