Early Years Practitioner – Bromley, London BR2

Salary: £25,000–£30,160 per year / Up to £14.50 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week | 4 or 5 days | Shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm

Contract: All year round, permanent (not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants)

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our fantastic nursery in Bromley, London (BR2). You will support planning, observations, and assessments, helping to create stimulating, inclusive learning opportunities while ensuring children’s safety and wellbeing. Our nurseries have been established for over 20 years and pride themselves on providing high-quality, sustainable, and natural environments for children aged 4 months to 5 years.

You may be based in either the Baby Room or Preschool Room.

About You

  • Minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
  • Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner
  • Strong safeguarding and child protection knowledge
  • Secure understanding of the EYFS and Development Matters
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to build effective partnerships with parents
  • Eligible to work in the UK
