Salary: £28,000–£33,000pa

Hours: 38 Hours | 4 or 5 Days | Shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm | Permanent, all year round

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a kind and passionate Nursery Third In Charge to join our new nursery in Addlestone, Surrey (KT15).

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years Professional looking to take the next step in their childcare career within a supportive, wellness-driven environment. You will play a key leadership role, supporting the Managers while helping to deliver outstanding care, education, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
• Support the Nursery Manager and Deputy in daily operations and leadership
• Act as a positive role model, upholding nursery values and curriculum
• Step into Deputy or Manager responsibilities when required
• Support, mentor, and inspire staff to deliver outstanding care and learning
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and policy compliance at all times
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families, supporting smooth transitions

About You
• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
• Previous experience as a Room Leader or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
• Passion for nurturing children’s development and emotional wellbeing
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement
• Eligible to work in the UK
