SENCO / Early Years Practitioner – Fleet, Hampshire, GU51

Salary: £12.81–£13.70ph / Up to £29,208pa (DOE)

Hours: 4 or 5 Days – 41 hrs across 5 days OR 36 hrs across 4 days (Permanent, All Year Round)

We’re seeking a passionate Senior Early Years Practitioner / SENCO to join our outstanding nursery in Fleet, Hampshire (GU51). In this role, you’ll support children’s learning and development, identify additional needs, plan inclusive strategies, and work closely with families to ensure every child thrives.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality childcare & education following EYFS standards
  • Support children with additional needs and implement tailored strategies
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
  • Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive learning experiences
  • Co-ordinating provision for children with SEN
  • Liaising with parents of pupils with SEN
  • Ensuring that the school keeps the records of all pupils with SEN up to date

About You

  • Level 3+ qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
  • SENCO or nursery practitioner experience
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS & child development
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Eligible to work in the UK
