Salary: £27,000–£30,000pa

Hours: 38 Hours | 4 or 5 Days | 7:30am–6:30pm | Permanent, all year round

Nursery Room Leader – Addlestone, Surrey KT15

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a kind and passionate Nursery Room Leader to join a brand-new nursery in Addlestone, Surrey (KT15). Responsibilities
• Deliver the highest standard of childcare and early education
• Lead your age-group room with creativity, care, and confidence
• Inspire and support your team to deliver the nursery curriculum and values
• Build strong relationships with children and families, supporting smooth settling-in
• Track children’s progress through curriculum-linked observations
• Communicate effectively with parents using the Famly app
• Champion safeguarding, health and safety, and inclusive practice at all times

About You
• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
• Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or Room Leader
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
• Passion for supporting children’s development and emotional wellbeing
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement
• Eligible to work in the UK
