Salary: £15.00ph / £29,640pa (depending on qualifications and experience)

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time, All Year Round

Hours: 4 days per week (38 hours total) between 8am–6pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break

About Us We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our friendly and dedicated team in Henley, Oxfordshire (RG9). We’re looking for someone who has a genuine love for children, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional early years education and care. You’ll be leading our Toddler Room, helping to create a nurturing, stimulating environment where children can thrive and learn through play.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and inspire your room team to deliver high-quality childcare and education • Plan and implement engaging, interest-led activities in line with the EYFS • Build positive relationships with children and parents • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment • Support the development of team members and promote best practice

About You: • Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years (full and relevant) • Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Nursery Practitioner • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Passionate about outdoor learning and inclusive early education • Eligible to work in the UK
