Early Years Practitioner – Littlehampton, West Sussex, BN16

Salary: £12.31 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Days/Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday–Friday | Shifts between 8:00am–6:00pm

Contract: All Year Round / Permanent

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join a small, friendly Nursery.

Responsibilities

• • Provide high-quality physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care
• • Support colleagues and contribute positively to the nursery team
• • Implement daily routines and engaging activities
• • Ensure children’s safety and wellbeing at all times
• • Plan fun, interest-led activities that support development

About You

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant) • At least 1 year’s experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar role • Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and ratio requirements • Friendly, approachable, and a strong team player • Excellent communication skills with parents and carers • Eligible to work in the UK
