Nursery Room Leader – Hartley Wintney, Hampshire RG27
Salary: £13.50–£15.00 per hour / up to £28,080 per year (depending on experience, qualifications, and age)
Hours: 3 or 4 days/week | 27 or 36 hours | Shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm | Permanent, all year round
Not suitable for school-hours or term-time applicants

We are seeking a passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our family-run nursery in Hartley Wintney, RG27. Our friendly, home-from-home setting values children, families, and staff alike. You will be based in the Preschool or Toddler room, creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment that encourages children’s curiosity and love of learning.

Responsibilities

About You
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous nursery practitioner or similar experience
- Passionate, loyal, and enthusiastic with creative ideas for learning
- Commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
- Excellent communication skills
- Eligible to work in the UK
