Salary: Circa £23,400 per year / £12.50 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 36 hours over 4 full days | Shifts between 7:30am–6:15pm
Fixed 3-month contract with strong potential to go permanent
All year round (not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants)
Unqualified Nursery Assistant – Windlesham, Surrey, GU20
We are delighted to offer an opportunity for a passionate Nursery Assistant to join our warm and friendly nursery in Windlesham, Surrey (GU20). Our small, dedicated team is committed to providing the highest standard of care, supporting each other, and continually growing in knowledge and practice. This role begins as a 3-month contract with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent.

Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of childcare and early education for all children
- Work as part of a passionate team and contribute to the nursery’s development
- Celebrate children’s learning and achievements with them and their families
- Use Early Years knowledge to plan and deliver engaging, child-led activities
About You
- Minimum 2 year’s experience as a Nursery Assistant, Teaching (or equivalent role)
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and food hygiene
- Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to complete training)
- Understanding of the EYFS framework
- Commitment to delivering high-quality childcare
- Eligible to work in the UK
