Salary: £13.98 per hour
Days/Hours: 35 hours per week / Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 2:45pm (30 mins unpaid lunch)
Contract: Permanent / 38 weeks per year / Term Time Only
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Preschool Room Leader to lead our Early Years setting. This role is ideal for a passionate childcare leader looking for a Term-Time only position with excellent work-life balance.

Responsibilities
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities
- Observe, assess, and track children’s development in line with the EYFS
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Promote positive behaviour and support children’s independence
About You
• Hold a relevant Level 3+ Childcare qualification
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience as a Room Leader or Nursery Practitioner
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• A genuine passion for early years education
