About the Role We’re seeking a passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to join our welcoming nursery in Putney, opposite Wandsworth Park. This role is mainly room-based with occasional office duties – perfect for a Room Leader ready to step up into a management position. You’ll help lead the team, ensure high standards of care, and create inspiring learning experiences for children.

Responsibilities • Support and lead the nursery team alongside the Manager • Ensure compliance with EYFS and all regulatory standards • Foster strong relationships with parents and staff • Maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment
About You • Level 3+ Early Years qualification • Previous leadership experience in childcare • Strong EYFS, safeguarding, and SEND knowledge • Confident team motivator and communicator • Eligible to work in the UK
