Hours: 36 hours over 4 days | Shifts between 7:00am–7:00pm
Contract: Permanent, all year round

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Nursery Manager to lead our friendly team in Marble Arch (W1H), just minutes from Oxford Street, Hyde Park, and Marble Arch Station.
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated leader who is committed to delivering exceptional early years education and building a long-term career within a supportive environment. Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Lead and develop the staff team through continued professional development
- Support marketing and enrolment to maintain sustainable growth
- Drive high-quality, child-centred care and education
- Build strong relationships with parents/carers and other important individuals in each child’s life.
- Embed a strong safeguarding culture throughout the setting
About You
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous Nursery Manager UK experience
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and best practice
- Confident, hands-on leader with excellent communication skills
- Committed to inclusive and high-quality early years education
- Eligible to work in the UK
