Before and After School Club Manager – Term Time Only – Kingsbury, London, NW9

Salary: £15.26 Per Hour | £13,917.12 per annum (including accrued holiday pay)

Days/Hours: Monday–Friday | 24 hours per week | Breakfast Club 7:30am–9:00am and Afterschool Club 3:00pm–6:00pm

Contract: Permanent | Split Shifts | Term-time only.

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate Club Manager – Kingsbury to join our lovely company, leading our Breakfast and After School Club.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our bubbly team! As a Club Manager, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children to play and learn. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and contribute to their development. You will work 22.5 hours in the club with an additional 1.5 hours for admin work and meetings.

Responsibilities

  • • Supervise and interact with children during playtime activities
  • • Plan and organise age-appropriate games, crafts, and recreational activities
  • • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
  • • Assist with snack time and mealtime routines
  • • Maintain a clean and organised play area
  • • Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child’s progress or any concerns
  • • Support new staff, fostering a collaborative and empowering environment.
  • • Maintain compliance with all safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Level 3 Childcare qualification or above

• Proven experience in early years or wraparound care settings

• Enhanced DBS on update system

  • • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • • A thorough and up to date understanding of childcare regulations, safeguarding, and compliance standards.
  • • Ability to create inclusive, engaging environments that encourage children’s growth and learning
