Salary: Circa £38,000pa (Depending on experience/Qualifications)
Days/Hours: Monday – Friday / 40 hours / 9am – 5.30pm
Contract: All Year Round / Permanent

Nursery Manager – Blackley, Manchester, M8
We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our friendly team in Blackley, Manchester. We are a small, independent nursery that has excelled in childcare for over 25 years.

Responsibilities
- • Managing the day-to-day running of the nursery setting.
- • Creating invoices and the collection of fees.
- • Recruitment and ongoing training and development of all staff.
- • Ensuring all staff adhere to the setting policies and procedures and government guidance.
- • Managing occupancy to ensure it shows growth and meets the business aims.
- • Maintaining accurate accounts and produce management information in accordance with the company procedure.
- • Managing, monitoring, and controlling budgets.
- • Promoting and facilitating partnerships with parents and carers.
- • Developing and maintaining highly professional working relationships with local authority and other agencies.
About You
• Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant) • Have previous experience as a Nursery Manager (or strong Deputy Experience) • Demonstrate a strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices • Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers • Be eligible to work in the UK
