Days/Hours: Full Time | 40–45 hours per week | Shifts between 8:00am–6:00pm

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly, independent nursery in Acton, London. This full-time role provides the opportunity to work within a supportive team, creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children aged 3 months–5 years.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework. You will support children’s learning and development through creative activities, foster their wellbeing, and build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Early Years Practitioner looking to develop their career within a well-established nursery in West London.

  • • Promote positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues
  • • Innovate with activities, and constantly challenge your children’s learning and development
  • • Work effectively and cooperatively alongside our team and ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children at all times.
  • • Support the team in building relationships with the children and their families according to the EYFS.

About You

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) • Previous experience working in a nursery setting • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework • Passion for child development and high-quality early education • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
