Salary:£27,500 – £29,500pa – depending on hours, qualifications, and experience

Days/Hours: (Please see below)

• 4.5 Days / 40 Hours a week
• Shifts range between 8am-6pm
• All Year / Permanent

Early Years Practitioner Responsibilities

• Promote positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues
• Innovate with activities, and constantly challenge your children’s learning and development
• Work effectively and cooperatively alongside our team and ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children at all times.
• Support the team in building relationships with the children and their families according to the EYFS.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
• Have previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
• Sound understanding of the EYFS as well as the understanding of child development and of children’s needs.
• Confident in completing observations and carrying out planning for your key children
• Work as part of a team – contributing to the success of the nursery
• Position dependent on clear DBS check along with 2 satisfactory references.
• Be eligible to work in the UK
