Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 – South Norwood, SE25

Salary: £27,040 – £29,120 per annum (£13 – £14 per hour)

Days/Hours: Full-Time | 40 hours per week (4-day week) | Shifts between 8am – 6pm

Contract: All Year Round / Permanent

Your Responsibilities as Nursery Practitioner

  • • Supporting children’s development through engaging, child-led activities.
  • • Implementing daily routines to ensure a safe, nurturing EYFS environment.
  • • Monitoring children’s progress and wellbeing while maintaining high safeguarding standards.
  • • Collaborating with a positive team to maintain excellent ratios and service.

About You

• Qualification: Minimum Level 3 in Early Years (Full and Relevant).

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Nursery Nurse or Practitioner.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.

• Skills: Excellent communication skills with families and a friendly, approachable nature.

• Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK.
