Early Years Practitioner – Hammersmith, London, W14

Salary: £13.00–£15.00 per hour (£27,040–£35,100 per annum DOE)

Days/Hours: Full Time | 40–45 hours per week | Shifts between 8:00am–6:00pm

Contract: All Year Round / Permanent

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly, independent nursery in Hammersmith, London. This full-time Early Years Practitioner role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive team, creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children aged 3 months–5 years.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework. The successful Early Years Practitioner will support children’s learning, development and wellbeing while building strong partnerships with parents and carers.

Responsibilities

  • • Promote positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues
  • • Innovate with activities, and constantly challenge your children’s learning and development
  • • Work effectively and cooperatively alongside our team and ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children at all times.
  • • Support the team in building relationships with the children and their families according to the EYFS.

About You

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)

• Previous experience working in a nursery setting

• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework

• Passion for child development and high-quality early education

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
