Salary: £14.00 – £18.50 per hour (£21,203 – £28,018.25 annually)
Days/Hours: Mon–Fri, 40 hrs during TTO and 26.25 hrs during holidays (term-time & holiday hours vary as below)
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and professional Early Years Deputy Club Manager to join our childcare team in Maidenhead.
This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified childcare professional looking for a new opportunity. This is a great role, ideal for a Nursery Room Leader or Deputy Manager ready for a fresh challenge. This role involves working 40 hours during school holidays (8:15 am – 5:45 pm, Monday–Friday). For the remaining 38 weeks of the year, you will work 26.25 hours (5 hours and 15 minutes per day), allowing for midday flexibility.

Responsibilities
- • Deliver high-quality EYFS-based childcare for children aged 3–11
- • Support and help manage the after school club & holiday club
- • Build strong communication with parents and carers
- • Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- • Balance administrative duties with club management tasks
About You
• Level 3+ Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a nursery, preschool, or childcare setting
• Driver preferred due to location
• UK Childcare experience and Right to work in the UK
• Strong administration, organisation, and communication skills
