Salary: Up to £13.13 per hour / £27,310 per year (depending on hours, experience and qualifications)
Hours: 40 hours per week | Shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm
Contract: Permanent, all year round

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our independent, family-run nursery in Aylesbury (HP20). Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and early education
- Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities
- Observe, record, and share children’s development with parents
- Support daily routines including meals, hygiene, and rest
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised nursery
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Nursery Practitioner
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS
- Excellent safeguarding, child protection and SEND awareness
- Confident building strong parent partnerships
- Positive team player with a caring approach
- Eligible to work in the UK
