FULL DESCRIPTION

Early Years Practitioner – Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14

Salary: Up to £28,000pa / £13.50ph (DOE/Qualifications)

Hours: Full-Time: 40 hours (4–5 days), Part-Time: 30 hours (3 full days), shifts 7.30am–6pm

Contract: Permanent, All Year Round

Early Years Practitioner – Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14

Responsibilities

  • • Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5
  • • Act as key person for a group of children, supporting learning and development
  • • Plan and deliver engaging indoor and outdoor activities
  • • Liaise with parents and carers on children’s progress
  • • Role model best practice to team members
  • • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and EYFS standards

About You

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
  • • Previous nursery practitioner experience or similar
  • • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • • Team player with commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
  • • Eligible to work in the UK
