Early Years Practitioner – Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14
Salary: Up to £28,000pa / £13.50ph (DOE/Qualifications)
Hours: Full-Time: 40 hours (4–5 days), Part-Time: 30 hours (3 full days), shifts 7.30am–6pm
Contract: Permanent, All Year Round
Early Years Practitioner – Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14

Staff are encouraged to pursue further training in general childcare, Special Educational Needs, Practical Skills such as Food Hygiene, and Level 5/Forest School Qualifications.

Responsibilities
- • Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5
- • Act as key person for a group of children, supporting learning and development
- • Plan and deliver engaging indoor and outdoor activities
- • Liaise with parents and carers on children’s progress
- • Role model best practice to team members
- • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and EYFS standards
About You
- • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- • Previous nursery practitioner experience or similar
- • Excellent communication and organisational skills
- • Team player with commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
- • Eligible to work in the UK
