Early Years Practitioner / Deputy Room Leader – Hook, Hampshire RG27
Salary: £12.81–£13.60 per hour / Up to £29,000 per year (depending on experience, qualifications, degree, and age)
Hours: 3, 4, or 5 days per week | 30–41 hours | Shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm
Contract: Full Time | Permanent | All Year Round

We are seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner / Deputy Room Leader to join our warm, family-run nursery near Hook, Hampshire (RG27). You’ll be based in our Baby Room, working within a friendly, diverse, and supportive team who value creativity, positivity, and teamwork. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality childcare and early education
- Work collaboratively as part of a passionate staff team
- Celebrate children’s learning and development with families
- Plan and implement engaging, child-led activities based on the EYFS
About You
- Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous nursery practitioner experience
- Strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
- Excellent communication skills with parents and carers
- Eligible to work in the UK
