Nursery Room Leader – Reading, Berkshire, RG2
Salary: £14.50 per hour (depending on experience, qualifications and age)
Days/Hours: 40 hours per week | 4 or 5 days | Shifts between 8:00am–6:00pm
Contract: Permanent / All year round

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our friendly Nursery team.
You will be based in either the Preschool or Toddler room, working closely with the Nursery Owners and a supportive, dedicated staff team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Level 3 Practitioner looking to step into or continue a leadership role within a nurturing setting.

Responsibilities
- • Deliver high-quality childcare and early education
- • Lead your room and support the development of your team
- • Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS
- • Celebrate children’s learning and development with families
- • Contribute to the overall running and development of the nursery
About You
• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant) • Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or Room Leader • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding • Passionate, caring and enthusiastic approach • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Commitment to inclusive and outdoor learning practices • Eligible to work in the UK
