Nursery Assistant – Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire HP9 (Term Time Only)
Salary: £12.21 per hour (UNQ) / £18,889.95pa (The salary is spread equally over 12 months)
Hours: Monday–Friday | 36.5 hours/week | Term time only (38 weeks) | Permanent
- Monday–Thursday: 8:15am–4:15pm
- Friday: 8:15am–3:15pm

About Us
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join our beautiful term-time preschool in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire (HP9). Our newly refurbished setting provides a caring and enriching environment for children aged rising 2s to rising 5s, including a lovely outdoor area. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your childcare skills and gain further experience in a supportive and nurturing team.

Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of childcare and early education
- Support children’s learning and development in line with EYFS
- Plan and implement engaging, interest-led activities
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider team
- Contribute to the smooth running and development of the nursery
About You
- 1+ years’ experience as a Nursery Assistant or similar role
- Committed to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
- Excellent communication skills with parents and carers
- Eligible to work in the UK
