Salary: £32,000 – £37,000 per annum (depending on qualifications, experience, and age)
Hours: 36 hours per week across 4 days or 45 hours across 5 days (8am–6pm with 1-hour lunch)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent, All Year Round

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality childcare and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan, prepare, and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Support the social, emotional, and educational development of every child
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers, celebrating each child’s progress and achievements
About You
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (full and relevant)
- Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or Early Years Practitioner (babies or toddlers preferred)
- Strong understanding of child development and EYFS principles
- Passionate about outdoor learning, creativity, and inclusion
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Eligible to work in the UK
