FULL DESCRIPTION

Early Years Practitioner – Barnes, London (SW13)

Salary: £32,000 – £37,000 per annum (depending on qualifications, experience, and age)

Hours: 36 hours per week across 4 days or 45 hours across 5 days (8am–6pm with 1-hour lunch)

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent, All Year Round

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Support the social, emotional, and educational development of every child

About You

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (full and relevant)
  • Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or Early Years Practitioner (babies or toddlers preferred)
  • Strong understanding of child development and EYFS principles
  • Passionate about outdoor learning, creativity, and inclusion
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Eligible to work in the UK
