Salary: £12.21–£12.50ph / Up to £19,500pa
Hours: 30 Hours over 3 days | 8:00am–6:00pm | Permanent, all year round

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate Unqualified Nursery Assistant to join our lovely nursery in Woking (GU22).
You will play a key role in supporting the 2–3 year room, helping create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment both indoors and outdoors. Our team is warm, dedicated, and committed to providing outstanding care, with strong encouragement for continued professional development and progression toward childcare qualifications.

• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children
• Plan and support age-appropriate activities promoting full development

• Maintain accurate records of children’s activities and achievements
• Engage in ongoing professional development
About You
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nursery Assistant or similar role
• Good understanding of the EYFS and Safeguarding
• Keen to work towards a childcare qualification
• Strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
• Excellent communication skills
• Eligible to work in the UK
