About Us

We’re looking for passionate Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly nurseries around Guildford,Surrey.

Our nurseries care for children aged 3 months – 5 years. Both settings are surrounded by nature, giving children daily opportunities to explore gardens, local parks, fields, and woodland walks. We pride ourselves on offering a caring, personal approach where every child can flourish.

Salary: £12.50–£14.50 per hour / £26,000–£30,160pa (depending on qualifications & experience)

Hours: 4 or 5 days per week (36-40 hrs), between 7:30am – 6pm / Permanent, all-year-round (*Not term-time only or school hours*)

Your Role

• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS
• Support key children with observations & planning
• Ensure safety, wellbeing, and learning at all times
• Work as part of a supportive, fun, and professional team

About You

• Qualified to Level 2 or 3 in Early Years (full & relevant)
• Experience as Nursery Practitioner or similar
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
• Passionate about early years, outdoor play, and hands-on learning
• Great teamwork and communication skills
• A driver preferred for Elstead (due to limited public transport)
• Clear DBS & two references required
