Salary: £15.00 per hour / approx. £19,300 per year (depending on qualifications & experience)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–3:45pm
Contract: Term-Time Only (38 weeks) | Permanent

Your Role
- Develop and deliver inspiring educational programmes
- Oversee day-to-day operations including routines, meals, and activities
- Build strong relationships with parents and keep them informed
- Maintain a safe, organised, stimulating environment
- Ensure compliance with policies and drive continuous improvement
About You
- Level 3+ Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
- Experience as Room Leader or similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of EYFS & Ofsted requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passionate about supporting children’s learning and well-being
- Eligible to work in the UK
