Salary: £12.80–£13.50ph / Up to £28,080pa (Depending on hours, experience, and qualification)

Hours: 40 Hours over 4 days | 8:00am–6:00pm | Permanent, all year round

Early Years Practitioner – Woking, Surrey GU22

We are seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our lovely nursery in Woking, Surrey (GU22). You will be based in the 1–2 year old room, supporting children through nurturing care, stimulating learning opportunities, and outdoor experiences. Responsibilities
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children
• Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and carers
• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities
• Foster positive relationships and encourage independence and confidence
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care
• Keep accurate records of children’s achievements and activities
• Manage behaviour effectively using positive reinforcement
• Engage in ongoing professional development

About You
• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
• Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar role
• Experience working in a Baby or Toddler room
• Strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
• Excellent communication skills
• Eligible to work in the UK
