Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire (OX11)
Salary: £13.00 per hour / £27,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: Flexible – 3 to 5 days per week, 30–40 hours total
Shifts: 7:30am – 6:00pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time, or Part Time – All Year Round

Flexible Working Hours
- 40 hours per week across 4–5 days
- 30 hours per week across 3 days
- Shifts: 7:30am – 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality childcare and learning in line with EYFS principles
- Communicate relevant information regarding food, health, and safety policies with the team
- Follow administration procedures to ensure policies are accurately implemented
- Maintain compliance with legal aspects of health and safety
- Undertake training as required and provide guidance to colleagues when needed
- Support children’s development and wellbeing through play-based activities
About You
- Hold a Minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant).
- Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or in a similar early year’s role
- Strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
- Excellent communication skills for working with parents, carers, and colleagues
- Eligible to work in the UK
