Early Years Practitioner – Hanwell (W7).

Salary: £13.50+ per hour (depending on experience and qualifications) Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday- 9am-6pm Contract: All Year Round Rooms: Toddlers | Babies

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for childcare and early education, with the drive to help every child reach their full potential in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.

You will work as part of a dedicated team to plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework, ensuring all children thrive and develop.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education (or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of Safeguarding, SEN, and Health & Safety procedures
• Experience with planning, observation, and assessment in line with the EYFS
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• Committed to supporting an inclusive and positive nursery environment
• Reliable, professional, and eager to develop your skills
• Must have the right to work in the UK
