Salary: Up to £40,000 per year (depending on experience/qualifications)
Hours: 40–45 hours per week, Monday–Friday | Shifts between 7:30am–6:00pm I Permanent, all-year-round

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our large, friendly nursery in Carshalton.

With over 20 years of combined childcare expertise, our team is committed to creating an inspiring, nurturing environment.

Our spacious indoor and outdoor areas support children’s development from early years foundations through to preschool readiness. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and experienced leader who is passionate about high-quality EYFS practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop the nursery team
• Ensure full regulatory and safeguarding compliance
• Oversee high-quality educational programmes
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
• Manage budgets, resources, and daily operations

About You

• Previous experience as a Deputy or Nursery Manager
• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Passionate about early years development
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety
• Eligible to work in the UK
