Early Years Pre-School Manager – Crawley, West Sussex, RH11
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 2:00pm / 35 hours / Permanent
Term Time: 38 weeks per year (Term Time Only + INSET days)
Salary: From £21.00 per hour (approx. £27,930 per annum, pro rata)
Early Years Pre-School Manager – Crawley, West Sussex, RH11
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pre-School Manager / Early Years Manager to lead our early years setting in leafy Crawley. This role is ideal for a strong childcare leader looking for a term-time only management position with excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the pre-school
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating early years environment
- Lead, support, and mentor early years staff
- Deliver high-quality childcare in line with EYFS standards
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and professionals
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and childcare policies

About You
- Hold a relevant Early Years / Childcare qualification
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience as a Pre-School Manager, Nursery Manager, or Early Years Lead (preferred)
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- A genuine passion for early years education
