The role involves managing joinery and fit-out projects, leading a team, and maintaining client relationships. Candidates should have experience in high-end residential and commercial fit-out projects, leadership skills, and knowledge of joinery processes and health and safety regulations.
Site Manager - 2 Years contract
We are looking for a Joinery Site Manager with a passion for excellence and a record of accomplishment of delivering outstanding high end projects.
Location of site: Oxford
Salary:Negotiable, based on experience
Job Type: Full-time (07:30 – 16:30, Monday to Friday) with potential for overtime and weekend work.

We carry out the installation of high-end joinery and architectural metalwork for bespoke manufacturers and are known in our field to be a well-respected and established industry leader, working on prestigious residential developments, hotels, and commercial ventures for over 11 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage, supervise joinery and fit-out projects from conception to completion, ensuring high quality workmanship.
- Lead and inspire a team of skilled carpenters to ensure productivity and motivation whilst maintaining a positive working atmosphere.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Uphold the highest standards of workmanship, ensuring all joinery and fit-out elements meet specifications and industry regulations.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and expenditures, ensuring projects are delivered within the allocated budget constraints.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Joinery Site Manager offering experience in high end residential and commercial fit out projects.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong understanding of joinery and fit-out processes, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations and a commitment to ensuring a safe working environment for all team members and relevant NVQ.

We are seeking experienced 2nd fix Carpenters for fit-out work in Oxford. The role involves installing panels, ceilings, doors, frames, and other high-end joinery components.
Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience in carpentry, focusing on similar work
- Valid Blue CSCS card with NVQ in Carpentry
- Ability to work independently with your own tools and PPE
