ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tractor Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating tractors and related equipment to support our production team operations. This role requires attention to safety, equipment maintenance, and a strong work ethic.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate tractors and attachments for tasks such as ploughing, planting, mowing, hauling, or land preparation.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on tractors and equipment.
- Load, transport, and unload materials using trailers or other machinery.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Keep accurate records of work done and hours operated.
- Report any equipment faults or safety issues promptly.
- Assist with general farm or site work as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid tractor/machinery driving licence or certification.
- Proven experience operating tractors and related machinery.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform minor repairs.
- Good understanding of safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NOT ESSENTIAL
- Experience with GPS-guided equipment or modern agricultural technology.
- Knowledge of crop or land management practices .
- Forklift or other machinery certification.

SALARY RANGE
Full time position
Working hours: 07:30am-16:30pm, Monday to Friday
24 Days Holiday
Salary £25-£35K subject to experience + healthcare.
