Job Description

Our client, a listed manufacturing company with global operations need to recruit a self employed consultant to carry out corporate due diligence (i.e. third party screening of customers & suppliers)

  • Utilise Dow Jones, Dun & Bradstreet and public sources
  • Follow up with the Sales Teams to gather additional information about third parties (share ownership, industry, markets) to conduct more thorough due diligence
  • Communicate results to the Sanctions Counsel.

You should have  experience in third party due diligence & sanctions screening software (including  Dow Jones or Dun & Bradstreet) and understand the basics of corporate structures e.g. state owned and listed & private companies. Good opportunity to gain experience of a manufacturing company's supply chain as well as sanctions law and export controls. NB Role is fully remote for 10 hours pw spread over 2 -5 days for £18,000 PA on an ongoing contract to be billed directly to firm.
