As a Front-of-House Client Executive, you’ll be the face of our Knightsbridge and Battersea salons. You’ll be responsible for welcoming clients through the doors and ensuring they get the full 360 hospitality experience during their time with us.

Job Description

To be a good fit for a role with us, you should be a welcoming and attentive individual with a keen eye for neatness and a flair for organisation. As a naturally motivated person, you’ll go above and beyond to create a luxurious, relaxing environment for every client that walks through our doors.

The position involves working 37.5 hours and includes Saturday and/or Sunday on a rota basis.

Your responsibilities will include:Greeting clients on arrival

Delivering exceptional service

Resolving complaints

Managing reservations

Taking payments

Booking future appointments

Taking orders for client refreshments
